Montana Abstract and Title Company was started by the current owner’s, Richard O’Leary, grandmother. She began by working in the abstracting office located in Butte, Montana. She bought the abstract company in 1935. As abstracts declined, title insurance came into play. Since then, four generations of their family have worked here.
We have been in business since 1902 and family-owned and operated since 1935. Our main strength is our friendly service. We perform all our services in a friendly and professional manner. Our family realizes your need for security when it comes to title insurance, title searches, escrow, loan closings, and real estate sale closings.
